Are you ready to join one of ABN AMRO's largest and fastest-growing data science teams dedicated to Detecting Financial Crime (DFC)? As a Data Scientist at DFC you'll work on socially relevant projects with significant impact on the financial system's stability and security. All the while you get the chance to work on the frontier of Data Science innovation.

Your job

You'll be joining a vibrant group of about 35 Data Science Experts in the Innovation team of our Detecting Financial Crime in Amsterdam. You'll collaborate closely with DFC teams and other departments, bringing fresh perspectives and energy to our innovative projects.

In this role you'll be transforming traditional transaction monitoring (TM) process into state-of-the-art machine learning solutions. This responsibility extends to continuously tailoring models adapting them to business needs and emerging financial crime threats.

• Innovate and develop machine learning models for transaction monitoring processes.
• Collaborate with business units, Compliance, and DFC analysts to enhance financial crime detection.
• Tailor data-driven models to evolving business needs and financial crime threats.
• Interpret model results and effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
