Zakres obowiązków
We are seeking experienced adult trainers to deliver WSQ and regulatory courses for public and corporate classes, ensuring compliance with MOM standards and supporting learner success.
- Deliver theory and practical training sessions aligned with WSQ and MOM regulatory requirements
- Maintain training quality by applying safety and compliance standards during all sessions
- Accurately complete training documentation, including assessments and attendance records, to meet regulatory standards
- Support and conduct assessments and practical evaluations to verify learner competency
- Adapt training delivery to effectively support learners with diverse language needs
- Manage both theory and practical components of training sessions professionally and responsibly
Wymagania
Required competencies and certifications
- ACTA / ACLP certification
- WSH Level B certification
- Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing or logistics industry
- Completion of WSQ Operate Forklift course
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience conducting WSQ courses
- Prior experience delivering corporate or in-house training
