Position Finance Team Lead | FP&A, Treasury & Pricing | Up to 80K

Job Summary Lead financial planning, treasury operations, pricing governance, and business analysis to support strategic decision-making. Drive financial reporting, forecasting, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration within a dynamic international organization.

Responsibilities Treasury Operations ∙Manage daily cash flow, cash management, and cash flow forecasting. ∙Oversee funding activities and treasury operations. ∙Coordinate with banks and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth financial operations.

Pricing Governance ∙Execute pricing strategies and conduct pricing analysis. ∙Support pricing validation and improve pricing processes. ∙Ensure pricing accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) ∙Prepare financial reports, business performance analysis, and management reports. ∙Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to support business objectives. ∙Analyze financial data and provide insights and recommendations to management. ∙Drive process improvements and reporting automation. ∙Develop dashboards and management reporting packs for business decision-making. ∙Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. 4–7 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Financial Analysis, Corporate Finance, Treasury, or similar roles. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide business insights. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Good command of both Thai and English (written and spoken). Experience in the leasing, banking, automotive, or financial services industry is highly preferred. Experience using Power BI, SQL, VBA, Power Query, or other reporting/automation tools will be an advantage. Experience designing dashboards, management reports, or reporting automation. Experience improving financial processes or implementing reporting systems.
