Job Title: Operations Lead & Laborer Company: 1-800-GOT-JUNK? Pay: $28-$35/hr average (Base $20/hr+ Ops Bonus + Profit Share + Tips) Job Type: Full-time

Overview: We’re hiring an Operations Lead & Labourer to drive performance in the field. This role is ideal for someone who leads from the front, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can balance hands-on work with team leadership and customer interaction.

What You’ll Do:

Lead daily routes and ensure jobs are completed efficiently

Provide on-site estimates and close sales

Deliver top-tier customer experiences

Serve as the first point of contact for team inquiries and real-time problem solving in the field

Train and support team members

Safely lift, load, and remove items

Hit daily performance and revenue targets

What You Bring:

1–2+ years of leadership, sales, or operations experience

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to lead by example in a physical role (lifting 50+ lbs consistently)

Results-driven and team-oriented

Valid class 5 driver’s license (clean 3 year driving record) & 19+

Schedule: Full-time | 5 Days a week (4 Weekday + Sat or Sun)
