ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING TECHNICIAN

Roles & Responsibilities

Supervise Electrical and ensure all maintenance tasks arecompleted safely and efficiently.

• Perform troubleshooting on sensors,transmitters, cables, level instruments, and pneumatic components.
• Replacefaulty components such as diaphragms, lights, hoses, float gauges, purge sets,regulators, and filters.
• Conduct control valve inspections (air leak, CVposition vs DCS, regulator condition, auto-start/stop).
• Prepare preventivemaintenance schedules and ensure proper documentation

UPS testing, commissioning, perform FAT and SAT, To handle in-house testing and modification of uninterruptible powersupply(UPS),Inverter, Rectifier, Battery Charger and Battery. To assist onsiteinstallation, commission and testing , repair and after-sales service. Reviewand prepare customer’s specification and drawing of site layout, using Autocadsoftware. Inform company about customer’s feedback on our product qualities andafter-sale ‘services.

• Install Local control panels, switching equipment, PLCequipment
• Configuration mycom reciprocating & Screw compressor.
• Installand configure Danfoss VFD (30kw,45kw,75kw,200kw,355kw,400kw) and electricalmotors.
• Upload PLC and HMI program, and modify this program as clientrequest.
• Repair or replace defective equipment parts using hand tools andpower tools to reassemble equipment.
• Handel Glycol 25%,35% and Ammonia.

-Install Sensors, valves, coolers.
