FLEET OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE

🚛 WE’RE HIRING: FLEET OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE Yeti Logistics (S) Pte. Ltd. Enjoy solving problems and keeping operations running smoothly? Join our team and help keep our fleet safe, reliable, and ready for the road! Working Hours 5.5-day workweek, Monday to Saturday.

Monday to Friday: 9:00 am–6:00 pm.

Saturday: Half day.

Availability for emergency support outside working hours is required.

Key Responsibilities 🚨 Accident Response & Claims Coordinate emergency support with the police, ambulance, and towing services when required.

Manage accident scenes according to company procedures and applicable legal requirements.

Investigate accidents, gather evidence, and prepare incident reports.

Liaise with insurers, adjusters, and legal representatives to follow claims through to resolution.

Assess liability, monitor claims progress, and pursue third-party recovery where applicable.

🛡️ Fleet Safety & Compliance Ensure compliance with relevant road traffic and workplace safety requirements.

Analyse accident trends and recommend measures to improve fleet safety.

🔧 Spare Parts Procurement & Inventory Source quality truck spare parts at competitive prices and ensure timely delivery.

Prepare purchase requisitions and purchase orders.

Verify parts authenticity and compliance with OEM standards where applicable.

Maintain accurate inventory records and sufficient stock for maintenance needs.

Requirements Relevant experience in fleet operations, accident claims, vehicle maintenance, or spare parts procurement.

Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.

Responsible, organised, and able to manage urgent situations independently.

Willingness to provide 24/7 emergency support when required.
