About this role

We are seeking a detail-oriented MIS Specialist (German Speaker) to manage HR systems activities and support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, system updates, offboarding, and payroll coordination. This role focuses on delivering accurate HR reporting and analytics while collaborating with stakeholders to ensure data integrity and process efficiency.

What you’ll do

Support day-to-day HR system operations and administrative activities

Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual reports using HR data sources

Deliver regular and ad hoc reports to stakeholders

Manage employee lifecycle updates including new starters, transfers, and leavers

Handle offboarding processes and unpaid leave tracking

Maintain and improve data quality and integrity across HR systems

Update and maintain employment records and system data

Participate in system updates, user acceptance testing (UAT), and enhancements

Ensure documentation for HR systems and reporting processes is up to date

Deliver services in line with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

Respond to employee queries related to HR systems and reporting

Contribute to HR projects and continuous process improvements

Support payroll by providing accurate employee data (e.g. leave, absences)

Who you are

A collaborative professional with strong stakeholder management skills

An effective communicator who can engage confidently across different levels

Experienced in HR systems, reporting, and data handling

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and presentation tools

Familiar with HR platforms such as SuccessFactors and related systems

Educated to degree level in Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field

Equipped with 1-2 years of experience within HR or a similar function
