Backend Developer

Develop and maintain backend systems for digital lending operations such as underwriting, loan disbursement, and collection processes.

Build backend services using Java (Quarkus or Spring Boot) and/or Golang.

Monitor, test, and troubleshoot backend components to ensure performance and reliability.

Implement secure and efficient API integrations with external services and banking systems.

Customize system functionalities based on user and business requirements.

Work with QA teams to resolve defects and improve application stability.

Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment and testing workflows.

Implement and manage message broker systems (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ) for system integrations and asynchronous communication.

Leverage cloud services (e.g., Google Cloud Platform, AWS, Azure) for deployment, scalability, and storage optimization.

Ensure backend systems follow modern software architecture and best practices.

Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

3–4+ years of hands-on experience as a Back End Developer.

Proficiency in Java (Quarkus or Spring Boot) and/or Golang.

Experience with RESTful API development and third-party service integration.

Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.

Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.

Experience working with message brokers like Kafka or RabbitMQ.

Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP), AWS, or Azure.

Proficient with version control systems (GitHub, Bitbucket, or SVN).

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.

Strong communication skills and team collaboration abilities.
