Job Summary As a Project Executive in our Project Team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our clients' websites. You will collaborate closely with other team members to deliver outstanding support and service to our clients.

Responsibilities: Evaluate external developers Ensure project delivery and quality Liaison with internal and external developers Plan, control and manage project’s resources Monitor the performance of development team Provide support to Sales Team, on a case-by-case basis Manage and provide leadership to internal development team Meeting with client & provide service recovery plan, if necessary Train and develop internal developers to improve skills and performance Understand project requirements and job scope, and provide the feedback to Sales team / client Qualifications: Holder of at least a Diploma or higher in a relevant discipline Experience in project planning, execution, controlling and project risk management Experience in Shopify, Wordpress will be given priority A keen learner, especially in the Information Technology industry Able to work in a fast pace environment and multi-task Ability to bring project to successful on-time completion through close monitoring and supporting Strong written and oral communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills.
