Then we'd love to meet you. Valor Groep, part of the Ortessa Group, is looking for a motivated Wheel Loader Operator / Recycling Plant Operator to strengthen our team. What will you do?
As a Wheel Loader Operator, you play an important role in giving valuable materials a second life. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that incoming waste streams are processed efficiently, safely, and sustainably.
Your responsibilities include:
- Operating various types of heavy equipment, including wheel loaders, material handlers, and shredders
- Directing incoming loads to the correct processing locations
- Inspecting and sorting materials for recycling and reuse
- Recovering valuable raw materials from waste streams
- Feeding oversized materials into shredding installations
- Performing basic daily maintenance on machinery and equipment
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment
- Working closely with colleagues to optimize recycling processes
