Concrete Finisher

Urban Infraconstruction is looking for a  Concrete Finishe r to join our  Operations Team.

Key Responsibilities

Place, level, and finish concrete using hand tools, power tools, and finishing equipment

Perform concrete finishing techniques including screeding, bull floating, edging, troweling, and broom finishing

Set forms, install rebar and embeds as required

Read and work from blueprints, elevations, and grade stakes

Monitor concrete curing and apply curing compounds or coverings

Repair surface defects, patch voids, and perform finish corrections

Work with pump operators, laborers, and foremen to coordinate pours

Maintain a clean and safe work area

Follow all OSHA and company safety standards

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience as a concrete finisher in heavy civil construction

Strong knowledge of concrete mixes, placement methods, and finishing techniques

Ability to work long hours during pours, including nights or weekends when required

Familiarity with concrete tools and equipment
