About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Project Manager Assistant to support our Product Management team. In this role, you will work closely with Project Managers to coordinate day-to-day project activities, maintain project documentation, track schedules, and ensure projects stay on track.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, enjoys coordinating across teams, pays close attention to detail, and is comfortable following up with stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Work closely with Project Managers to coordinate daily project activities and operations.

Attend project meetings, prepare meeting minutes, document action items, and follow up on outstanding tasks.

Track project schedules, milestones, issues, and deliverables to help keep projects on schedule.

Gather project updates from PMs and cross-functional teams, and prepare weekly project status reports and timeline summaries.

Maintain project documentation, tracking tables, and internal databases.

Maintain product BOMs and SKU information in the PLM system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.

Coordinate package shipments, deliveries, and tracking for development projects.

Support PMs with day-to-day operational requests and ad hoc project coordination tasks.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree.

Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.

Proactive, self-motivated, and able to take ownership of assigned tasks.

Strong communication and coordination skills, with the confidence to follow up with stakeholders and drive action items to completion.

Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Conversational English for working with global teams.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.

Experience with PLM, ERP, or project management tools is a plus, but not required.

Fresh graduates and candidates with strong coordination, administrative, or operations experience are encouraged to apply.
