We are looking for a Junior Accountant to join Travel and Expenses Team in Vilnius.

Position’s purpose and areas of responsibility

Review and approve expense reimbursement requests according to global, local policies and legislation requirements, ensure all transactions are recorded correctly; Cooperate with the Corporate Card administrators to ensure all card transactions are recorded correctly in the accounting systems; Perform verification and reconciliation of assigned balance sheet accounts; Participate in period-close procedures; Support teamwork, collaboration and consistency across all sites and functions; Execute all other position related tasks delegated by direct manager

Basic requirements for the position

Basic accounting understanding Higher education degree in Finance/Accounting is preferred Customer service mindset Fast learner Teamwork and co-operation skills in a cross-cultural organization Fluency in English is mandatory SAP and other accounting software and databases experience would be an advantage
