We are looking

A creative and detail-focused Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. In this role, you’ll produce engaging static and video advertising content designed to attract attention and deliver strong results. Your eye for design, visual storytelling skills, and awareness of digital marketing trends will help our brands stand out and connect with audiences across different channels.

Get ready to

Develop visual content for social media and paid advertising campaigns. Produce short-form video ads designed to engage viewers and drive conversions. Create compelling static and video creatives that support campaign performance. Maintain a consistent brand look and feel across online and offline materials. Test different creative formats, ideas, messaging angles, and visual approaches to identify what works best.

We expect you to

Video ads: Have practical experience working with Adobe Premiere. Static ads: Be experienced in using Adobe Photoshop or Figma. Feel confident working with different types of visual content and developing creatives from concept through to completion. Bring a curious, resourceful, and creative approach to your work. Be driven by results and understand the importance of creative performance. Be open to experimentation, learn from unsuccessful ideas, and iterate quickly. Possess good communication skills and a strong command of English and Lithuanian skills.

Salary

1900-2900 €/mon. gross

Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
