Need south Indian chef who is specialized in Parotta.

The Special Qualities needed for Chef:

  • Parotta making, Kotthu Parotta Making
  • Chettinad food [Chicken, Lamb]
  • Dosa, Idly Items
  • All veg items, Idiyappam, Vadai
  • North Indian Items [Nan, Rumali rotti]
  • Biriyani Items [All kinds of Biriyani]

Responsibilities:

The Chef should be able to take overall responsibilities in the Restaurant and should be able to talk very fluent in english and willing to learn swedish within 6 months.
