Quality Control Employee

• At least MBO level of working and thinking;
• 2-3 years work experience as a Quality Control Employee in a food company;
• Flexibility: working in four overlapping shifts, with Saturdays occasionally forming part of the working week;
• Fluency in spoken and written English; Dutch is an advantage;
• Knowledge of HACCP and GFSI;
• Strong communication skills, persuasive and decisive;
• Works accurately and is proactive;
• You are proficient in Excel and Word.

The New Plant - At The New Plant we produce Beyond Meats plant-based protein products for customers in Europe, the middle East and parts of Africa. Beyond Meat has been partnering with McDonalds sinds 2021 and supplies the vegetarian patty for the McPlant. Within your team, you will be working alongside three Quality Control Employee, a Quality Control Supervisor and a Quality Control Manager, and you will collaborate with two Quality Assurance Assistants.
