Key Responsibilities: Charting Our Course Oversee Toll Manufacturing Operations: Strategically manage relationships and operations with external manufacturing partners, ensuring adherence to contracts, quality standards, and production schedules.

Develop & Implement Production Plans: Create robust and efficient production plans for pharmaceutical products, balancing demand forecasts, material availability, and manufacturing capacities.

Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Guarantee that all toll manufacturing activities and planning processes strictly comply with pharmaceutical industry regulations, including GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).

Inventory & Supply Chain Optimization: Monitor and optimize inventory levels for raw materials and finished goods, collaborating with procurement and logistics to maintain a lean and responsive supply chain.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for toll manufacturing partners and planning activities, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
