About the Role
Seeking Experienced Part-Time Event Receptionists to support a high-level corporate event at Capella Singapore. This is a formal event requiring experienced, professional and well-presented receptionists who are confident in handling guest registration and interacting with senior-level guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and register guests and VIPs upon arrival
- Assist with guest registration and attendance verification
- Print and prepare guest badges as required
- Distribute door gifts to guests
- Assist guests with basic enquiries and directions
- Coordinate with the event team to ensure smooth registration and guest arrival
- Perform other ad-hoc event duties as assigned
Requirements
- Prior reception, event registration, hospitality or front-facing customer service experience preferred
- Professional and well-presented
- Confident and courteous when interacting with guests
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable handling guest registration and basic administrative duties
- Punctual, responsible and service-oriented
