Job Description: Senior OutSystems Developer

We are seeking a hands-on Senior OutSystems Developer to build, support, and enhance enterprise-scale applications. The ideal candidate has delivered production systems in a Singapore Government environment and is comfortable working across application development and supporting technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain applications using the OutSystems platform.
• Contribute to the delivery of enterprise-grade production systems, including requirements analysis, solution design, development, deployment, and documentation.
• Support applications after go-live by investigating incidents, resolving defects, and implementing enhancements.
• Work with Oracle Database to develop, query, and support application data solutions.
• Collaborate with teams across application development and related technology areas, such as database, infrastructure, integration, security, and identity.
• Follow established enterprise development, security, quality, and operational practices.

Requirements

• At least 5–7 years of hands-on application development experience using OutSystems.
• Experience delivering at least one Singapore Government project involving an OutSystems-based production system, with a total project or contract value of at least S$5 million.
• Experience supporting at least one production application after go-live, including incident investigation, defect resolution, or application enhancement.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Database in an application-development or production-support environment.
• Experience in an enterprise technology environment involving application development and at least one supporting area, such as database, infrastructure, integration, security, or identity.
