Zhivago is looking for an experienced branch manager to join our team at Mall of Egypt.

Key responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the branch and ensure smooth workflow.

Lead, coach, and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.

Monitor branch performance and prepare regular reports.

Ensure visual merchandising and store standards are maintained.

Manage inventory and stock levels efficiently.

Deliver an exceptional customer experience aligned with the brand's standards.

Requirements

Minimum 4 years of experience in branch/store management.

Previous experience in fashion retail branch management is essential.

Proven experience in leading teams and achieving sales targets.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to analyze performance and implement improvement plans.
