Pest Control Engineer
Site Inspections & Field Monitoring: Conduct routine technical audits across residential blocks, green spaces, waste collection hubs, and underground utilities to identify vector risks and entry points.
IPM Execution & Safety: Implement Integrated Pest Management (IPM) protocols, ensuring all treatments comply with public health standards, chemical safety rules (MSDS), and environmental regulations.
Contractor Supervision: Monitor third-party pest control technicians on-site, ensuring proper chemical dilution, equipment handling, and adherence to performance SLAs.
Smart Operations: Track and log pest control activities, resident requests, and treatment schedules using smart facility management tools and digital dashboards.
Root Cause Analysis: Investigate resident feedback regarding pest activity and collaborate with maintenance teams to seal structural entry points.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural Engineering, Environmental Science, Biology, or a related field.
Experience: 1 to 5 years of hands-on experience in pest control engineering or site operations, ideally within residential compounds, mega-projects, or facility management firms.
Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of urban pest control methods, chemical safety, and IPM best practices.
Skills: Strong field presence, good problem-solving skills, and basic digital logging/reporting capabilities.
