Senior Project Manager

Reports to: Senior Project Manager, Group Lead

Responsibilities:

Develop project plan with scope, milestones, schedules, and resources

Track project progress and report project status to all stakeholders

Manage and track changes to scope, priorities, schedules and resources

Work closely with development and QA managers to coordinate task schedule and resource allocation, resolve conflicts, and maintain full visibility of multiple projects

Anticipate, manage and resolve issues and act as the point of contact for the project

Ensure project documents are complete, current and available for staff and leadership review.

Identify and mitigate any potential issue that may impact the deliverables of software releases

Work with development and QA managers to streamline and refine practices

Perform other duties as required

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Familiarity with project management concepts, principles, and practices

Solid understanding of SDLC and scaled agile using industry standard methodologies

Ability to manage projects of medium scope and complexity

Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills

Strong interpersonal skills and capability of influencing without authority

Experience:

over 3 years of professional experience in managing software development projects
