We are looking Production Support

Rate – 30% With Current Salary

We are looking someone can join in Max – 20-30 Days Do not sub those who have more than 1 month Notice Period

Work location Pune

• IT Engineer / Graduate with Computers / IT with experience in providing L3 Technical Support
• Very good knowledge / exposure to at least one Unix, ldap, messaging & scripting skill

• Excellent trouble shooting skills, good communication skills
• Providing customer support in post-implementation support and maintenance.

• Willing to work in Shifts
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in language to be supported

• Experience in troubleshooting in a live technical environment
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

• Superior customer service skills
• Ability to train peers on solutions

• Ability to take full ownership for resolution with escalated customers
• Ability to lead technical action plans

• Lead and provide expertise to team on projects.
• Highly developed knowledge of more complex solutions
