We are seeking a compassionate, dependable Registered Medication Aide (RMA) to join our Louisa team. In this role, you will support residents with medication administration and daily care while helping them feel safe, comfortable, and respected.

Responsibilities: Administer medications accurately in accordance with physician orders, residents’ care plans, and state regulations.

Document medication administration and resident care accurately and promptly.

Assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living while supporting their dignity and independence.

Observe and report changes in residents’ conditions to the nursing team or supervisor.

Follow individualized care plans and established safety procedures.

Work under the direction of the Director of Health and Wellness, nurse, or designated supervisor.

Collaborate with team members to provide compassionate, consistent care.

Qualifications: Current, valid Virginia Registered Medication Aide (RMA) credential.

Ability to follow medication instructions and individualized care plans.

Strong attention to detail, communication, and teamwork skills.

Compassion, patience, and an understanding of residents’ needs.

Previous assisted living or senior care experience preferred.

Availability to work every other weekend .

Shift: Part-time opportunities are available for either:

Evening shift: 3:00 p.m.–11:00 p.m.

Overnight shift: 11:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m.

Both shifts require working every other weekend.
