Events and Partnerships Coordinator (Arts & Culture)

We are looking for an experienced Events and Partnerships Officer to collaborate with arts, heritage and community partners in developing engagement strategies and managing cultural event operations. Up to $4,900 per month 3-month contract, renewable for another 9 months Central Area Mon - Fri, office hours

Responsibilities : Drive awareness and participation in cultural intiatives  through targeted outreach to cultural partners, the public, and specific demographic groups. Lead offline engagement activities including roadshows, pop-ups and community partnerships. Build and manage strategic partnerships  with cultural institutions, brands, community organisations, volunteers, and ambassadors. Plan and execute events,  managing logistics and stakeholder coordination to maximise participation and sign-ups. Manage enquiries, monitor service level KPIs, and implement service improvements. Identify operational risks, support SOP development and audit documentation, and provide secretariat and administrative support as required.

Who we are looking for: Possesses minimum a Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of experience in project management, administrative support, or programme coordination. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders in a professional and collaborative manner. Willingness to work on some weekends and evenings when required.
