Windows L3 RUN Engineer (JD#11284)

Job Summary

We are seeking a Windows L3 RUN Engineer with 8–10 years of experience in Windows infrastructure and 3–5 years in financial institutions, with strong expertise in Windows OS, Hyper-V, failover clustering, and L3 production support.

Mandatory Skill-set

• 8–10 years of experience managing Windows environments, including 3–5 years in financial institutions;
• Strong hands-on expertise in Windows OS, Hyper-V, and failover clustering;
• Hands-on experience with HPE DL, Synergy, Simplivity, and Alletra hardware;
• Strong PowerShell, Python, and workflow automation skills;
• Experience with Active Directory and Windows patching tools;
• Strong L3 production support, incident, problem, and root-cause management experience;
• Ability to handle complex and high-severity infrastructure issues;
• Bachelor’s/Engineering degree with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Desired Skill-set

• Knowledge of VMware vSphere, vCenter, vROPS/VRLI and exposure to AWS/GCP;
• Experience in infrastructure automation, service improvement, and technology transformation projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide L3 support and resolve complex Windows infrastructure incidents and escalations;
• Manage Windows OS, Hyper-V, Failover Clustering, and HPE infrastructure;
• Drive RCA, problem management, service improvements, and automation;
• Ensure infrastructure availability, stability, and SLA compliance;
• Support technology projects, production readiness, and infrastructure transformations;
• Collaborate with architects, technical teams, and clients on technical issues and roadmaps;
• Provide technical guidance, coaching, and knowledge sharing to the team;
• Participate in rotating shifts and on-call production support.
