Junior Business Analyst Consultant (ERP System)

• Conduct requirement gathering with clients to understand business processes, needs, and pain points.
• Analyze business workflows and translate them into clear ERP functional requirements.
• Create and maintain URD, BRD, functional specifications, process flows, and other related documents.
• Review and verify requirement documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Act as the bridge between clients/stakeholders and the development team.
• Lead meetings with clients for requirement gathering, clarification, review, and project progress.
• Present system requirements, workflows, and proposed solutions to stakeholders.
• Perform functional testing to ensure the developed system meets approved requirements.
• Identify, document, and report application bugs, functional issues, and requirement gaps.
• Coordinate with developers to clarify requirements and follow up on reported issues.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and verify that delivered features meet business requirements.
• Manage requirement changes and ensure all agreed updates are properly documented and communicated.
