Port Agency Operator

Job Description:
- Manage the complete vessel port call process from nomination, pre-arrival documentation, arrival, cargo operations, until vessel departure.
- Coordinate daily with ship owners, charterers, port authorities, terminals, customs, local agents, and internal departments
- Prepare, review, and monitor all shipping documentation including PDA/FDA, SOF, manifests, Bills of Lading, customs and cargo documentation
- Monitor vessel progress, resolve operational issues, arrange husbandry services.
Qualifications:
- Open to 25-36 yrs old
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Ship Agency, Port Agency, Vessel Operations, or Shipping Operations
- Have Experience coordinating with ship owners, charterers, port authorities, terminals, customs, and vessel masters.
- Strong knowledge of port operations, vessel documentation, PDA/FDA, SOF, customs clearance, Bills of Lading, cargo documentation, and maritime regulations
