Accountant

Position Title: Accountant Employment Type: Full Time Salary AED: up to 4,000 inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Client: A Dubai-based trading group driving growth in the GCC automotive sector through the import and export of innovative parts and accessories.

Job Description:

• Handle full-cycle bookkeeping, reconciliations, financial records, and preparation and analysis of financial statements and ad-hoc management reports.
• Prepare and maintain documentation for UAE VAT and Corporate Tax filings, ensuring compliance with applicable requirements and supporting audits.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, payroll processing, and other day-to-day finance activities.
• Handle related administrative duties, documentation, and coordination required to support smooth business operations.

Qualifications:

• Open to Asian nationals with Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience, preferably within trading, distribution, automotive, or a similar environment.
• Hands-on experience in bookkeeping, VAT, Corporate Tax, financial reporting, payroll, and audit/compliance support.
• Strong Excel/MS Office skills with the ability to interpret and analyse financial statements independently.
