PRODUCT EXECUTIVE

The Product Executive plays a key role in transforming product vision and complex business challenges into practical technology solutions. We are looking for someone with strong systems thinking, a deep understanding of customer needs, and a passion for building technology products that create lasting value. Job Description:

• Work with the Product Manager to gather requirements and analyze cross-module impacts using systems thinking.
• Translate business requirements into clear product documentation such as PRDs, FRSs, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria, ensuring logic and data integrity.
• Use LLMs and prompt engineering to support draft documentation, case exploration, and edge-case identification.
• Create rapid wireframes or prototypes with Generative AI tools to optimize user flows and improve the end-user experience.
• Support customers during product implementation and usage by identifying, classifying, and resolving issues, while managing expectations on roadmap, features, and timelines.
• Work closely with Developers and QC to communicate requirements, ensure quality, and support product acceptance.
• Contribute ideas to improve tools, processes, and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience as a Product Executive, Business Analyst, or Tech BA.
• Prior experience with enterprise management software or direct customer support is preferred.
• Strong systems thinking, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work across functions.
• Good understanding of SME/Enterprise operations, especially in FnB/Retail, is a plus.
• Open-minded and comfortable using AI tools to improve performance.
• CV is preferred to include a portfolio or sample PRD, User Story, Wireframe, or Prototype created or optimized with AI, along with clear notes on the tools and methods used.

Location: No. 79, Ngo Thi Bi Street, Tan Hung Ward, Ho Chi Minh City Working hours: 09:00 - 18:00 (lunch break from 12:00 - 13:00) from Monday to Friday
