Service Staff (F&B)

Service Crew | Beth About Beth Beth is a neighbourhood kitchen serving hearty Italian-European plates, good drinks, and food we genuinely love to cook and eat. We believe in good hospitality, bringing people together, and making everyone feel at home. We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people, has an interest in food and drinks, and wants to be part of a team that cares about what we do. What you’ll be doing Guest experience & hospitality: Welcome guests, look after their needs, and make sure they feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout their visit.

Food & menu knowledge: Learn our menu, understand the ingredients and flavours behind our dishes, and confidently explain and recommend food to guests.

Daily service: Take orders, serve food and drinks, clear tables, maintain cleanliness, and keep the space running smoothly.

Reservations & communication: Manage reservations, respond to enquiries, and communicate clearly with guests and the team.

Drinks preparation: Help prepare and serve coffee, matcha, and other drinks when needed. We’re happy to teach you and help you build your skills.

Teamwork: Work closely with the kitchen and service team, support one another during busy periods, and contribute to a positive working environment.

Food culture: Be curious about food, ingredients, and the stories behind what we serve. We value people who want to learn, share knowledge, and grow with us.

What we’re looking for Someone warm, attentive, responsible, and comfortable interacting with different people.

A team player who communicates well, takes initiative, and is willing to help wherever needed.

An interest in food, coffee, drinks, and hospitality.

Someone who is observant, adaptable, and able to stay organised during busy service.

A willingness to learn, take feedback, and grow with the team.

Previous experience in F&B, cafés, or restaurants is preferred, but a good attitude and willingness to learn matter just as much.

Growing with us You don’t need to know everything from day one. We’ll help you learn our menu, service standards, reservation system, and drinks preparation. What matters is that you’re curious, willing to put in the effort, and excited to get better at what you do.
