Job Title: Accounts Administrator

Location: Wolverhampton

Salary: £13-£14.50 per hour and a 30-34 hour week

Top of the salary range will be offered to a candidate that has past experience working in a similar role and has experience using Sage 50/Sage Payroll.

We are currently recruiting for a lovely company based in Wolverhampton. They are family-feel and local success story! The company are well established and will be growing in the coming months! This is a brilliant opportunity to manage accounting and administration duties to keep the office ticking over. You will have ample opportunity to make this role your own and really put your stamp on it! This would be a perfect opportunity for an experienced candidate that is looking to reduce their hours but stay in a technical and varied role.

Responsibilities Will Include:

• Maintain the Sales Ledger and Purchase Ledger - manage any outstanding payments and all invoice processes.
• Manage end-to-end weekly payroll for all staff.
• Work closely with the Accountant to prepare details for Month End and Year End.
• Manage company banking and daily administrative duties and office tasks.

Ideally, You Will:

• Experience using Sage 50 and Sage Payroll is essential, as they will be used daily in this role!
• Previous experience in a varied Accounts role, managing all processes in an SME business would be advantageous.
• Must be a positive and friendly character, this is a family-feel and close-knit company. They’re looking for an individual to join them for years to come!
• Be happy to work across Accountancy and Administration duties, you will be involved in all duties to keep the office ticking over!
