Investment Operations (Control & Reporting) Executive (6-12 Months Contract) #NKC

Perform daily operational control checks to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal procedures. Manage Cost of Investments (COI) reconciliation and reporting with CPF Board and agent banks. Coordinate with external service providers and regulatory stakeholders on operational and reporting matters. Investigate trade delays and discrepancies, perform price comparisons and coordinate compensation processing where required. Assist with regulatory and management reporting, including CPF, MAS, FATCA and CRS-related matters. Provide operational oversight and support to daily processing teams. Identify opportunities to improve operational processes, including automation and workflow enhancements. Support reconciliations, data entry and other operational administrative duties.
