Customer Quality Engineer (Electronics Manufacturing, West)

Monitor and ensure products and manufacturing processes comply with customer specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

Investigate quality issues and customer complaints, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Conduct quality audits, inspections, and data analysis to identify non-conformities and support continuous process improvement.

Maintain quality documentation, inspection records, and compliance reports while coordinating with Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams on quality-related matters.

Requirements:

• IRCA, CQE certified
• At least 5 years of quality assurance or quality control experience in electronics, EMS, semiconductor, or precision manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems and methodologies, including ISO 9001, SPC, FMEA, CAPA, and root cause analysis.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to interact with customers and internal stakeholders.
