Location: Near Chelmsford Salary - £35,000 + Commission + benefits Working pattern: Hybrid - 4 days in Office, 1 day WFH preferred, 3/2 day split potentially considered. To start ASAP Due to the location of our offices, you must be a car driver. Free Parking on site.
The Opportunity We're on the lookout for a driven Recruitment Resourcer to join our team at Pursuit Group - perfect for those looking to build a genuinely successful career in recruitment. You'll play a key part in our recruitment process, working across a variety of roles and clients, helping to identify and engage top talent from first application through to shortlist.

What You'll Be Doing - Recruitment Resourcer Reviewing and screening candidate applications against client requirements
Proactively sourcing candidates via job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other channels
Building and maintaining a strong, engaged talent pipeline across multiple live roles
Conducting initial candidate outreach and screening calls
Working closely with our MD and wider team to understand client needs and deliver quality shortlists at pace
Arrange interviews and communicate with candidates professionally via email, phone or teams.
Managing a high volume of activity across different roles and clients simultaneously, without letting standards slip
Managing our internal database and ensuring full compliance in registering candidates
What We're Looking For - Recruitment Resourcer Previous experience in recruitment, ideally gained within an agency environment.
Confident reviewing and screening candidate applications to identify talent
Strong communication skills with the confidence to speak with candidates - and in time clients.
Experience sourcing candidates via job boards; LinkedIn Recruiter experience is a strong advantage
Commercially astute, with a good understanding of what makes a strong candidate-to-client fit
A genuine people person - someone who builds rapport quickly and communicates well at all levels
Highly organised, with the ability to juggle multiple roles and clients without losing attention to detail
Comfortable working under pressure and to deadlines
Ambitious, with a clear desire to build a long-term career in recruitment
