EVENT & OPERATIONS COORDINATOR

Location: Bali, Indonesia Position: Part-time | Potential to grow into full-time

Royal Caviar Service is a growing luxury hospitality brand creating unique caviar experiences for private celebrations, weddings, exclusive events and special occasions in Bali.

We're looking for a motivated, reliable and ambitious individual to join our team and work closely with the founder.

This is more than just an assistant role. We're looking for someone who wants to take ownership, learn new skills and grow with the company.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate and prepare luxury caviar experiences and private events.
• Supervise event setup, service standards and on-site staff.
• Organize deliveries, logistics, inventory and equipment.
• Communicate and meet with suppliers and business partners.
• Support the development of new partnerships and opportunities.
• Handle day-to-day operations and solve problems independently.
• Work closely with the founder to improve and grow the business.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns, UGC's and content creating.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Confident spoken and written English - essential.
• Responsible, trustworthy and highly organized.
• Proactive, solution-oriented and eager to learn.
• Comfortable communicating with international clients and partners.
• Flexible availability, including occasional evenings and weekends.
• Able to work independently and take initiative.
• Based in Bali, with reliable transportation preferred.

Previous experience in hospitality, events or operations is an advantage, but attitude, reliability and willingness to learn matter more to us.
