Technical Support Engineer

Job Description:

• Provide consultation regarding inquiries related to industrial specifications (participant guide).
• Offer technical support throughout the development and API integration process for participants.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Informatics Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 (five) years of experience as a Programmer.
• Strong understanding of REST API-based system integration capable of interpreting and explaining API/industrial specifications to participant development teams.
• Proficient in conducting technical analysis and troubleshooting API integration issues, including request/response error handling and connectivity.
• Able to communicate effectively with participant development teams to provide technical consultation, clarify specifications, and offer guidance on issue resolution.
• Capable of documenting inquiries, findings, recommendations, and technical solutions in a structured manner to ensure consistent participant support.
• Experience with REST APIs, API security or OAuth token-based security.
