Product Sales Manager

The Product Sales Manager is responsible for defining, driving, and delivering technical product initiatives by bridging engineering, business, and user needs. This role owns the product roadmap for complex technical products or features, prioritizes development efforts based on impact and feasibility, while maintaining high quality and scalability.

Responsibilities

1. Own and maintain the product roadmap for technical products and features.
2. Translate business and customer needs into clear technical requirements.
3. Collaborate with engineering, design, and operations to deliver solutions end-to-end.
4. Prioritize initiatives based on impact, feasibility, and resource availability.
5. Define and track success metrics (KPIs) for technical initiatives.
6. Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvements in quality, scalability, and reliability.
7. Manage technical debt and balance innovation with long-term sustainability.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
2. 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in the automotive or mobility sector, with a strong technical background.
3. Proven track record of delivering technical automotive products, features, or systems in agile or cross-functional environments.
4. Experience working with engineering teams.
5. Strong understanding of automotive systems and product development lifecycle (concept, design, validation, launch).
6. Ability to translate customer and regulatory requirements into technical specifications.
7. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
