IT Quality Assurance Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for an IT QA Manual who is detail-oriented, proactive, and responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of applications and systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual testing for mobile applications and related systems.
• Test and validate RFID reader functionality and integration.
• Create and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts.
• Identify, document, and track bugs or system issues.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.
• Work closely with Developers and other teams to investigate and resolve issues.
• Ensure applications meet business and technical requirements.
• Provide clear testing reports and communicate testing results to stakeholders.
• Work onsite when required for mobile application and RFID reader testing.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as QA Tester / Manual Tester.
• Experience in manual testing of web or mobile applications.
• Good understanding of QA processes, test cases, and bug reporting.
• Detail-oriented, thorough, and able to identify potential issues.
• Proactive and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work onsite when required, especially for mobile app and RFID reader testing.
• Experience with RFID, hardware integration, or device testing is a plus.
