๐Š๐ž๐ฒ ๐‘๐ž๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ซ๐ž๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ โ–ซ๏ธ Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Footwear Development / Commercialization. โ–ซ๏ธ Engineering background, ideally Industrial Engineering / Footwear / Production. โ–ซ๏ธ Experience in Product Development, Costing & Production Process Improvement. โ–ซ๏ธ Strong understanding of Footwear Manufacturing, Technical Validation & Quality. โ–ซ๏ธ Strong problem-solving, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. โ–ซ๏ธ Fluent in English and willing to be based in Madiun. โ–ซ๏ธ Passionate about Sports & Footwear is a strong advantage.
