Responsibilities

• Develop and recommend tailored financial strategies covering wealth protection, savings, retirement, and investment planning to meet client needs
• Establish and maintain trusted, long-term client relationships by actively listening and advising clients through evolving financial milestones
• Participate in one-on-one mentorship and sales supervision to enhance professional skills and career growth
• Adapt to a sales-driven environment and manage performance-based commission earnings effectively

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or higher qualification (degree holders welcome)
• Reside in Singapore
• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients and colleagues effectively
• Possess knowledge of financial regulations and industry best practices (advantageous but not required)
