Business Relationship Officer (Credit Officer) – 10 Positions (Nairobi, Nakuru & Mt Kenya)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Market, promote and sell credit solutions to prospective customers
- Recruit customers and conduct thorough loan appraisals
- Follow up on loan repayments and maintain a quality loan book
- Manage credit risk and maintain strong portfolio quality
- Drive customer retention and maintain strong client relationships
- Prepare accurate monthly performance reports
- Achieve set sales, lending and portfolio performance targets
REQUIREMENTS
- Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration/Management, Banking, Co-operative Management, Entrepreneurship or a related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in micro-business and logbook lending
- Proven experience in sales, marketing and portfolio management
- Computer literate with good reporting skills
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team and meet deadlines
- Passionate about credit and financial services
- High level of integrity, confidentiality and professionalism
- Strong ability to manage customer relationships and credit portfolios
