The role

We’re looking for an Operations Manager to lead the teams, logistics, and processes that put and keep our stations live across Greater Cairo. This is the operational engine of our launch — you’ll build and lead the field team that installs the network.

What you’ll do

Lead day-to-day operations across the network.

Manage field teams, logistics, maintenance, and inventory.

Monitor station performance and service quality.

Develop operational processes, KPIs, and reporting frameworks.

Coordinate with merchants, partners, and technical teams.

What you bring

5+ years of operations experience.

Strong project-management and problem-solving skills.

Experience managing field operations and multi-location networks preferred.

Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.

Fluent Arabic and English; valid driving licence.
