Escorting guests to tables and balancing the flow of customers among servers. Handling bookings and managing wait times during busy periods. Providing menus, answering initial questions, and sometimes cleaning menus or polishing silverware
Qualifications/Requirements: Ability to provide top-notch customer service in a fast-paced environment. A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with all restaurant staff. Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
