Temporary Health Center Manager

Your Day to Day: Manage day-to-day health center operations and staff support.

Monitor productivity, patient volume, and operational metrics.

Supervise non-licensed team leads and support employee development.

Partner with leadership on budgeting, staffing, quality improvement, and compliance initiatives.

Oversee scheduling templates, inventory, facilities coordination, and cash management processes.

Address patient concerns and support risk management activities.

Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, Facilities, and other departments to support health center operations.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.

Healthcare operations experience preferred.

3–7 years of supervisory or staff management experience preferred.

Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and leadership skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Bilingual candidates (Spanish, Mandarin, Haitian Creole, Vietnamese, or Portuguese) are strongly encouraged to apply.

Willingness to travel to other sites and work occasional evenings or Saturdays.
