What you will do - Set up training labs for training delivery and documentation team for Develop and support product training and user documentation Provide support to techpub team for user guides, system workflows, feature descriptions, and operational procedures Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand system architecture, workflows, and feature behavior Collaborate regularly with techpub, Dev/QA teams to align documentation with system usage flows, practical application scenarios, and knowledge dissemination needs Independently explore product functionalities and venues for internal and external training development and delivery plans Review and enhance existing training and documentation for technical accuracy, completeness, and usability Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and ambiguities in technical content and proactively resolve them Reduce dependency on SMEs by building strong working knowledge of the product and its deployment scenarios Support knowledge sharing across teams by explaining system behavior, guiding peers, and contributing to internal knowledge assets Leverage modern tools, including AI-assisted workflows, to improve efficiency in content creation and validation.
