Introduction

Your Responsibilities

You will be responsible for developing, optimizing and safeguarding robust manufacturing processes for innovative pharmaceutical products.

• Lead technology transfers from R&D to GMP manufacturing.
• Develop process descriptions, process flow diagrams and process documentation.
• Conduct and facilitate structured process risk assessments, including pFMEA and MRA.
• Define process validation strategies and establish process knowledge, CPP and CQA control strategies based on QbD principles.
• Support deviation investigations, root cause analyses, CAPAs and continuous process improvements.
