HR Business Partner

You operate at both a tactical and operational level and know how to translate HR policy into concrete results on the work floor. You play a key role between management and employees and contribute to a professional and future-proof HR organisation. As an HR Business Partner, you are responsible for the entire HR domain within our organisation.

Was werden Sie tun?

• Ensure the correct application of legislation, the collective labour agreement (CAO) and employment conditions;
• Manage absence processes in accordance with the Dutch Gatekeeper Improvement Act (Wet Verbetering Poortwachter) and support the occupational health policy;
• Be responsible for accurate and up-to-date personnel administration, including payroll, leave and time registration;
• Act as the first point of contact for HR-related matters within the organisation and advise management and employees at both operational and tactical levels;
• Support managers with workforce planning, performance and appraisal interviews, and employee development;
• Develop, implement and monitor HR policies;
• Coordinate the recruitment and selection process and maintain contacts with temporary employment agencies and other external partners;
• Participate in regular meetings with management and actively contribute to organisational development;
• Monitor processes, deadlines and KPIs and make proposals to further professionalise HR;
• Maintain contacts with external stakeholders such as the UWV, the Dutch Tax and Customs Administration, the occupational health service, the industry association and insurance companies.
