We are looking for a driven Business Development Manager to accelerate the growth of our Embedded Software & Electronics business unit, serving high-tech customers with advanced engineering services and solutions. What can you expect?

As a Business Development Manager, your primary focus is identifying, creating and converting new business opportunities. You are energized by building relationships, opening doors, and turning prospects into long-term customers. Working closely with the Business Unit Director, group leaders and technical experts, you play a key role in expanding our market presence and achieving our growth ambitions.

Your responsibilities

• Actively identifying and approaching new customers in the high-tech industry.
• Developing, managing and expanding a healthy sales pipeline aligned with the business unit's growth objectives.
• Taking ownership of the complete sales process, from prospecting and qualification to proposal management and closing deals.
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships, creating opportunities for both new and recurring business.
• Understanding customer challenges and connecting them with the right Embedded Software & Electronics expertise within Nobleo.
• Identifying market opportunities through customer interactions, industry developments and competitor insights.
• Representing Nobleo at trade fairs, conferences, networking events and customer visits to generate new leads and strengthen our market position.
• Collaborating closely with technical colleagues to develop compelling commercial proposals and solutions.
• Working across business units to identify opportunities in related domains such as Mechatronics, AI and Autonomous Solutions.
