Junior Civil QS Engineer

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Civil Quantity Surveyor Engineer . The successful candidate will assist in cost estimation, contract administration, and project measurement for construction projects, ensuring adherence to budget and timelines.

Assist in preparing cost estimates, BOQs , and tender documents

Support in measuring quantities from drawings and site

Track project costs and ensure budget compliance

Assist in evaluating subcontractor quotations

Support in managing contracts, claims, and variations

Attend site visits and liaise with

Update and maintain engineers, architects, and contractors n project cost records and reports

Participate in progress valuations and monthly payment applications

Work closely with senior QS engineers and project managers

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is a must

Familiarity with construction drawings , materials, and methods

Basic knowledge of contract types (FIDIC is a plus)

Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and quantity surveying software (e.g. CostX, PlanSwift, or similar)
